2004 to the finish line and the runner up is...2005
Well...2005 is fast approaching and I don't think I'm even ready for it. I mean really, 2004 was fast enough. Every year time goes by faster and faster, and you'll be ninety when you swore you were only twenty yesterday. Yeah well, I still have a long way to go before that point, so I might as well just enjoy it right?
I went to the library today and found out some interesting facts. Back in the fourteenth century, people blamed cereal for weakening their immune system so that they were more prone to diseases. I found that funny. Cereal...Well, I originally went there to learn more about Black Death or the bubonic plague, because I might be writing a story based on it. I also found out that they tried numerous things to prevent them, but failed. One person said (I forget who it was) said that flying would help prevent the disease. Well...no one could fly and they were screwed. Very interesting, but strange.
I've been thinking a lot about my future the last couple days. Also I have a sudden interest in Japan. I might go there someday and study. It might also get some of my inspiration back in my writing. Who knows. That's a long way away too. But by the time I'm old enough, I'll know what I want to do...maybe. Everything is so far away...
